Thank you for shopping with PerfumeCulture. We sell sealed and authentic perfumes. Due to hygiene, safety, and authenticity concerns, we follow a strict return and refund policy.


Mandatory Unboxing Video (Required for Any Claim)

To request any return or refund, customers must provide a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the courier package

  • Clearly show the entire unboxing process

  • Display the product, packaging, and seal clearly

  • Be continuous, uncut, and unedited

No unboxing video = No return or refund

Seal & Product Condition

  • Perfumes with a broken, opened, or tampered seal are not eligible for return or refund

  • Used, tested, sprayed, or partially used perfumes cannot be returned

  • This policy is strictly enforced due to hygiene and authenticity reasons


Eligible Reasons for Return / Refund

Returns or refunds will only be considered if:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • An incorrect product was delivered

  • An item is missing from the order

All claims must:


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • COD charges are non-refundable

  • Approved refunds will be processed only via UPI, bank transfer, or store credit

  • Customers must provide correct bank/UPI details via email at

  • Refusal of COD delivery or non-acceptance at the time of delivery is not eligible for any refund or reshipment

  • Repeated COD refusals may result in COD being disabled for future orders


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products with broken or opened seals

  • Used or tested perfumes

  • Orders without a complete unboxing video

  • Change of mind or dislike of fragrance

  • Discounted or clearance items


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Shipping fees and COD charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on bank or UPI provider


Return Shipping

  • If a return is approved, the product must be shipped back in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the error is ours

  • PerfumeCulture is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit
